More reasons why I hate Michele Bachmann

All quotes cited from Wikiquotes.

“We’re in a state of crisis where our nation is literally ripping apart at the seams right now, and lawlessness is occurring from one ocean to the other. And we’re seeing the fulfillment of the Book of Judges here in our own time, where every man doing that which is right in his own eyes- in other words, anarchy.”

– Michele Bachmann

Just look around you! Policemen are stopping law breakers! Most modern countries are free from homeland war! Airplanes are flying safely in the air! My god, the terror! Seriously Michele, calm the fuck down: every single day, the working class cooperates with each other and inevitably leads us all to a harmonious life where there isn’t much screwing around with. It’s the politicians and people with most of the power who mess things up. Why? Because of God complexes: you deny any form of trial-and-error, and instead, stick firmly with your beliefs- in this case, stone age ones.

“Listeners should rejoice right now, because there are believers all across your listening area that are praying now. And I would say that if you can’t attend the rally, you can pray. And God calls us to fall on our faces and our knees and cry out to Him and confess our sins. And I would just ask your listeners to do that now. Cry out to a Holy God. He wants to hear us, He will hear us if we will confess our sins and cry out to Him. Our children are worth it and obedience to God demands it. “

– Michele Bachmann

Nothing much to do debunk here except this: don’t you think that saying this and know there are people out here make it a very real fate that if a terrible person were to come into power, spouting a connection or to be a messiah to god, that shit could go down hill fast?

“Iran is at a point right now where America has to be very aggressive in our response. We can’t remove any option off the table, and we should not remove the nuclear response.”

– Michele Bachmann

Wow. This is a presidential candidate, and while she said this back in 2006, do you really want somebody, who is a religious lunatic, to be threatening countries with nuclear weapons? Oh sorry, that sounds exactly like most of our enemies. Screw the “tread softly, carry a big stick”, this is “conquer any enemy, leave a trail of nuclear fallout and flames”.

“It hasn’t had a chance to be in place long enough to offer a critique of how it’s working.”

– Michele Bachmann

She said this about Iraq in 2007. Enough said.

“[Same-sex marriage] is probably the biggest issue that will impact our state and our nation in the last, at least, thirty years. I am not understating that.”

– Michele Bachmann

Disregarding all of the wars we’re in, disregarding the economy, disregarding the poverty, disregarding the constitutional infringements- giving homosexuals equal rights is the biggest issue. I would be pissed if someone said this even if they were pro-gay-rights.

“This is an earthquake issue. This will change our state forever. Because the immediate consequence, if gay marriage goes through, is that K-12 little children will be forced to learn that homosexuality is normal, natural and perhaps they should try it.”

– Michele Bachmann

I can’t think of any way better than just rewriting her: Because the immediate consequence, if gay marriage goes through, is that mature children will be forced to learn like all of the other things in school that homosexuality is normal, nature and perhaps they should try it, well, as much as straight sex is taught to be tried.”

“It isn’t that some gay will get some rights. It’s that everyone else in our state will lose rights. For instance, parents will lose the right to protect and direct the upbringing of their children. Because our K-12 public school system, of which 90% of all youth are in the public school system, they will be required to learn that homosexuality is normal, equal and perhaps you should try it. And that will occur immediately, that all schools will begin teaching homosexuality.”

– Michele Bachmann

Explain to me how by allowing homosexuals to have the right to marry, you are losing some right? Oh, because you lose the right to protect and direct the upbringing of your child- oh wait, you don’t have that right. You don’t have a right to send your child to a public school and control what he or she learns. All children will learn science, health, and math. However, no children will learn homosexuality because you can’t teach homosexuality as much as you teach heterosexuality, which, by your definition of “well it’s legal so it’s being taught”, you are forcing gay children to be taught heterosexuality. Plus, there was no mention of anything sexual at all in my school until sixth grade.

“Carbon dioxide, Mister Speaker, is a natural byproduct of nature. Carbon dioxide is natural. It occurs in Earth. It is a part of the regular lifecycle of Earth. In fact, life on planet Earth can’t even exist without carbon dioxide. So necessary is it to human life, to animal life, to plant life, to the oceans, to the vegetation that’s on the Earth, to the, to the fowl that — that flies in the air, we need to have carbon dioxide as part of the fundamental lifecycle of Earth…There isn’t one such study because carbon dioxide is not a harmful gas, it is a harmless gas. Carbon dioxide is natural. It is not harmful. It is part of Earth’s life cycle…And yet we’re being told that we have to reduce this natural substance and reduce the American standard of living to create an arbitrary reduction in something that is naturally occuring in the earth.”

– Michele Bachmann

Magma is a natural, a natural byproduct, occurs in Earth, is part of the regular lifecycle of Earth, leads to life, etc. Now go and take a bath in it you stupid bitch.
